Create a new subathon or bitathon timer

Step 1 — Invite Code

Contact the admin for an invite code

Step 2 — Reporting Level

Every timer counts both subs and bits. This only picks how many community & moderation features you want — you can still toggle each one individually in the next steps.

🎯 Basic

Core timer, goals, and the spin wheel. Lightweight — no leaderboard, manual entry, or exports.

📊 Advanced

Adds community leaderboard, manual entry, power hour, CSV exports, and the mod-name gate.

Cosmetic only — sets the title and icon on your live page & overlay. The timer counts both subs and bits either way.

Which metric drives your goal thresholds. Pick Both to set separate subs goals and bits goals on the same timer.

Step 6 — Broadcaster Info

Optional — your channel login, used for display and matching
Required — your channel's numeric Twitch user ID. Look it up at twitchinsights.net/checkuser: type your Twitch username, click Check, then copy the number next to ID.

Step 7 — Admin Token

You'll use this to access your admin panel. Keep it secret!

Step 8 — Review & Create

🔑 Your Admin Token — save it now
This is the only time it's shown — it's stored encrypted and can't be recovered. If you lose it, an admin has to reset it.

⚠️ The broadcaster must open the “Twitch Auth” link and authorize the app themselves — a mod or admin can’t do this step for them. Until that’s done and EventSub subscriptions are created, the timer won’t move from real subs/bits.
